Role Overview

The PetsHotel Manager provides leadership oversight for pet safety, associate performance, and exceptional pet parent experiences. You'll drive company strategies, achieve key results, and champion service excellence while managing daily hotel operations in our Richmond Hill store.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach associates; manage scheduling, training, recognition, and conflict resolution. Lead as Leader on Duty and foster engagement.
• Hotel & Pet Care Operations: Handle reservations, check-ins, medications, health monitoring, and vet transports. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Business Execution: Partner on P&L, review surveys, coordinate events, sell services, and maintain equipment to uphold brand standards.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 3+ years retail leadership, pet care knowledge, team management expertise, and customer service passion. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required. Experience in pet health, safety protocols, and operations preferred.
