Role Overview
The PetsHotel Manager provides leadership oversight for pet safety, associate performance, and exceptional pet parent experiences. You'll drive company strategies, achieve business results, and champion service excellence in our hotel operations, partnering with store leaders to uphold PetSmart's vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage scheduling, recognition, and conflict resolution; communicate priorities to align teams.
- Hotel & Pet Care Operations: Handle reservations, check-ins, medications, and pet health monitoring; ensure facility cleanliness and safety; respond to pet parent concerns and coordinate events.
- Business Execution: Maintain standards, review surveys, manage P&L contributions, and lead as Leader on Duty.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 3+ years in retail leadership or customer-focused roles, full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, and passion for pets. Key skills include team motivation, operational efficiency, pet care knowledge, and customer service mastery.
