Role Overview

The PetsHotel Manager provides leadership oversight for pet safety, associate performance, and exceptional pet parent experiences. You'll champion PetSmart's vision by driving strategies, achieving results, and ensuring efficient hotel operations while fostering a culture of empowerment and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach associates; manage scheduling, P&L contributions, training, recognition, and conflict resolution. Lead as Leader on Duty and communicate priorities effectively.
• Hotel & Pet Care Operations: Handle reservations, check-ins, medications, health monitoring, and vet transports. Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, equipment, and respond to pet parent concerns. Coordinate events and uphold brand standards.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 3+ years in retail leadership or customer-focused roles. Key skills include pet care expertise, team motivation, operational efficiency, computer proficiency, and flexibility for full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for pets and strong communication are essential.
