Role Overview
As PetsHotel Supervisor, you'll deliver exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming space for pets. Partnering with the Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, lead associates, manage pet care, and uphold our brand standards. This leadership role demands passion for pets, strong organization, and customer focus in a dynamic retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; lead when on duty; handle grievances and celebrate successes.
- Hotel Operations: Manage check-ins/outs, pet healthcare (meds, feeding, vet visits), cleanliness, and reservations per policy.
- Store Experience: Drive pet parent satisfaction, coordinate events, sell services, ensure safety/compliance, and support other departments.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, leadership background, full availability (including evenings/weekends/holidays), computer proficiency, excellent communication, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization. Pet care enthusiasm is a plus—no direct reports, but guide associate growth.
