Role Overview

The PetsHotel Supervisor ensures exceptional care in our boarding and day camp facilities. You'll lead operations, support associates, and deliver outstanding service to pet parents, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming space. This full-time role involves opening/closing duties, pet health oversight, and fostering team engagement in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide associate development through training, mentoring, feedback, and performance support.
• Manage daily hotel operations including pet check-ins/outs, feeding, medication, and vet coordination.
• Uphold safety standards, facility cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Resolve pet parent concerns and drive positive experiences via phone, in-person, or online.
• Coordinate events, merchandise sales, and store maintenance while assisting other departments.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, strong leadership, and pet care passion. Key skills include organizational prowess, composure under pressure, computer proficiency, and excellent communication. Full availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. No direct reports, but you'll mentor and direct teams effectively.
