Role Overview

The PetsHotel Supervisor delivers exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming space. Working alongside the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, lead associates, manage pet care, and uphold our brand standards. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching. Delegate tasks, lead on-duty teams, handle grievances, and recognize top performers to boost engagement.

Hotel Operations & Store Experience

Manage pet check-ins/outs, administer medications, monitor health, and coordinate vet visits. Ensure cleanliness, safety walks, equipment maintenance, and compliance with policies. Handle reservations, pet parent concerns, sales, and promotional events while supporting store-wide duties.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused roles. Preferred: leadership background. Required: full availability, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization. Passion for pets and ability to guide associates without direct reports essential.
