Role Overview
As PetsHotel Supervisor, you'll provide exceptional service in a welcoming, safe environment for pets. Partner with the PetsHotel Experience Leader to oversee operations, lead associates, manage check-ins/outs, ensure pet healthcare, and uphold cleanliness. Act as leader on duty, handling openings/closings while driving engagement and safety.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate experience via training, mentoring, task delegation, feedback, and recognition. Address complaints, lead on-duty teams, and support performance reviews.
Hotel Operations & Store Experience
Manage pet parent interactions, healthcare (meds, feeding, vet transport), reservations, safety reporting, cleanliness, events, merchandising, and policy compliance. Ensure safe environments and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years retail supervisory experience, leadership preferred, full-time flexible schedule, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail-orientation. Passion for pets and customer focus essential. No direct reports but guide associate development.

Responsibilities
- Lead associate development through training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback
- Oversee PetsHotel operations including pet check-in/out, healthcare, medication administration, and facility cleanliness
- Ensure exceptional pet parent experience via phone, in-person, or online interactions
- Maintain safety standards, conduct inspections, and manage equipment maintenance
- Coordinate hotel events, sell merchandise/services, and support store opening/closing
