Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor (Experience Lead) ensures a welcoming, safe haven for pets, upholding PetSmart's vision of exceptional care. Working alongside the PetsHotel Leader, you'll oversee hotel maintenance, associate guidance, store opening/closing, and foster a clean, organized space. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our Dunwoody location.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate growth via onboarding, mentoring, task delegation, and feedback for reviews or promotions. Lead on-duty teams, resolve grievances, and boost engagement through recognition.
Hotel Operations & Store Experience
Deliver outstanding pet parent service across channels, manage check-ins/outs, administer medications, ensure health monitoring and vet coordination. Uphold cleanliness, safety reporting, equipment maintenance, and policy compliance while selling services and assisting other departments.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, leadership background, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization. No direct reports, but you'll guide associate development.
