Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor delivers exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming space for pets. Partnering with the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, lead associates, manage pet care, and maintain top standards for healthcare, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching. Delegate tasks, lead on-duty teams, handle grievances, and celebrate achievements to boost engagement.
Hotel Operations & Store Experience
Manage pet check-ins/outs, administer medications, monitor health, and coordinate vet visits. Ensure policy-compliant reservations, uphold cleanliness/safety, perform maintenance, and support sales/events. Assist other departments as needed while following all policies.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, plus leadership background. Key skills include strong communication, organizational detail, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. No direct reports, but guide associate development.
