Role Overview
As PetsHotel Supervisor, you'll provide exceptional service to pet parents and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for pets. Working alongside the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee hotel operations, lead associates, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain top standards in healthcare, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; lead when on duty; handle grievances and celebrate successes.
- Hotel Operations: Manage pet healthcare (medications, feeding, vet visits); perform accurate check-ins/outs; ensure policy-compliant reservations; maintain cleanliness and safety reporting.
- Customer & Store Experience: Resolve pet parent concerns; coordinate events; sell services; support store opening/closing; assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings. Leadership preferred. Must have full-time flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays), computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization. No direct reports, but guide associate development.
