Role Overview

The PetsHotel Supervisor delivers exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming space for pets. You'll partner with the Experience Leader to oversee operations, lead associates, manage pet care, and maintain top standards of cleanliness and safety. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our Guaynabo location.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive people leadership by training, mentoring, delegating tasks, and providing feedback for associate growth and engagement.
• Handle hotel operations: pet check-ins/outs, medication administration, health monitoring, vet coordination, and reservation management.
• Uphold safety through daily walks, incident follow-up, equipment maintenance, and compliance with policies.
• Enhance pet parent experience via phone, in-person, or online interactions, resolving concerns and promoting services.
• Support store-wide duties like opening/closing, merchandising sales, events, and cross-department assistance.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, strong leadership, computer proficiency, communication skills, organizational detail, and composure under pressure. Pet care passion and supervisory guidance (no direct reports) are key. Full availability required.
