Role Overview

The PetsHotel Supervisor ensures a safe, welcoming environment for pets while delivering outstanding service to pet parents. Reporting to the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee daily operations, lead associates, and maintain high standards of care and cleanliness in our Hurst, Texas location.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate associate development through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Manage pet healthcare including feeding, medication, vet coordination, and identifying illnesses.
• Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and pet parent communications via phone, in-person, or online.
• Lead hotel safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Drive sales, events, and compliance with company policies for a safe, organized environment.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, strong leadership, and pet care knowledge. Full-time flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, along with computer proficiency, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization.
