Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor delivers exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming space. You'll support the PetsHotel Experience Leader in operations, lead associates, manage pet care, and uphold our brand standards. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback; delegate tasks and lead when on duty.
- Handle pet parent check-ins/outs, reservations, medication administration, and health monitoring; escort pets to vet as needed.
- Maintain hotel cleanliness, safety protocols, monthly reporting, and equipment upkeep.
- Resolve complaints, coordinate events, sell services, and assist across store departments.
- Ensure compliance with policies, foster engagement, and support store opening/closing.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, leadership background, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Pet care passion and computer proficiency are essential. No direct reports, but guide associate development.
