Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor ensures exceptional care in our boarding and day camp facilities. You'll lead operations, support associates, and deliver top-tier service to pet parents, maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate associate development through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Oversee pet healthcare including feeding, medication, vet coordination, and wellness checks.
- Manage check-in/out processes, reservations, and pet parent communications.
- Lead hotel operations, safety reporting, store opening/closing, and cleanliness.
- Drive sales, events, and compliance while assisting other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, leadership skills, full availability, computer proficiency, strong communication, and composure under pressure. Pet care passion is a plus—no direct reports, but you'll guide team growth.
