Role Overview

The PetsHotel Supervisor (Experience Lead) ensures exceptional care in our boarding and day camp facilities. You'll uphold PetSmart's vision by providing a safe, welcoming space, managing operations, leading associates, and delivering outstanding pet parent service. This full-time role involves opening/closing duties, pet health oversight, and fostering a culture of empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; lead when on duty; handle grievances and celebrate successes.
• Hotel Operations: Manage check-ins/outs, administer medications, ensure feeding/watering/cleanliness, coordinate vet visits, and enforce reservation policies.
• Store Experience: Respond to pet parent inquiries, maintain safety standards, perform equipment maintenance, sell services, and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, strong leadership, computer proficiency, excellent communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail. Pet care passion and full availability (including evenings/weekends/holidays) are essential. No direct reports, but you'll guide associate development.
