Role Overview

The PetsHotel Supervisor delivers exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming space for pets. Working alongside the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, lead associates, manage pet parent interactions, and maintain high standards of care and safety. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our vibrant Littleton store.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; provide performance feedback; recognize achievements to boost engagement.
• Hotel Operations: Handle pet check-ins/outs, administer medications, monitor health, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate vet visits.
• Customer Experience: Resolve pet parent concerns via phone, in-person, or online; manage reservations per policy; promote services and events.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety walks, maintain equipment, report incidents, and uphold store standards during opening/closing.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, strong leadership, and pet care passion. Key skills include organizational prowess, pressure handling, computer proficiency, and excellent communication. No direct reports, but you'll guide associate growth.
