Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor (Experience Lead) ensures a safe, welcoming hotel environment for pets, overseeing operations, associate guidance, and exceptional pet parent service. You'll partner with leadership to maintain cleanliness, healthcare standards, and store safety while driving engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; lead when on duty; handle grievances and celebrate successes.
- Hotel Operations: Manage check-ins/outs, medications, feeding, vet coordination, and reservations per policy.
- Store Experience: Uphold cleanliness/safety; perform safety walks; coordinate events; sell services; assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, leadership background, full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. Passion for pets and customer focus essential. No direct reports, but guide associate growth.
