Role Overview
As PetsHotel Supervisor, you'll deliver exceptional service in a welcoming, safe environment for pets. Partnering with the Experience Leader, oversee hotel maintenance, associate teams, store opening/closing, and pet parent satisfaction while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Facilitate associate development through training, coaching, feedback, and recognition. Delegate tasks, lead on-duty teams, and handle grievances.
- Hotel Operations: Manage pet check-ins/outs, healthcare (medications, vet coordination), cleanliness, reservations, and safety reporting. Ensure policy compliance and event coordination.
- Store Experience: Drive pet parent satisfaction via phone/in-person/online, sell services, maintain standards, and support safety incidents or maintenance.
Experience & Skills
Bring 2+ years retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, plus leadership prowess. Full-time flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays is essential. Excel in communication, organization, composure under pressure, and computer skills. Passion for pets sets you apart.

- Ensure facility cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment maintenance
- Manage pet parent interactions, reservations, and resolve concerns
- Coordinate store opening/closing, events, and sales while upholding company policies
