Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor delivers exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming space for pets. Working alongside the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, lead associates, manage pet care, and uphold our vision of pet parent satisfaction. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; lead when on duty; handle grievances and celebrate successes to boost engagement.
- Hotel Operations: Manage check-ins/outs, pet healthcare (medication, feeding, vet coordination), facility cleanliness, and safety reporting.
- Customer & Store Experience: Resolve pet parent concerns; coordinate events; sell services; maintain store standards, opening/closing procedures, and equipment upkeep.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety walks, report incidents, ensure policy adherence, and support cross-department needs.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, leadership prowess, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization. Passion for pets and customer focus are essential. No direct reports, but you'll guide associate growth.
