Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor delivers exceptional service, upholds company values, and maintains a safe, welcoming hotel environment. Partnering with the Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, associates, and pet care while ensuring healthcare, cleanliness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, mentor, coach associates; delegate tasks; lead on duty; handle grievances; recognize engagement.
- Hotel Operations: Manage check-in/out, reservations, pet healthcare/medication; ensure cleanliness and safety; report issues; coordinate events.
- Store Experience: Respond to pet parents; sell services; maintain standards; assist other departments; follow policies.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings. Leadership preferred. Requires full-time flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays), computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail. No direct reports but guide associate development.
