Role Overview

The PetsHotel Supervisor ensures exceptional care in our boarding and day camp facilities. You'll lead associates, manage operations, and deliver top-tier service to pet parents, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming space aligned with PetSmart's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate associate development through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Oversee pet healthcare including feeding, medication, vet coordination, and wellness checks.
• Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and pet parent communications via phone, in-person, or online.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment upkeep.
• Lead store opening/closing, events, and sales while ensuring policy compliance.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings. Leadership preferred. Must have full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization. Passion for pets is a plus—no direct reports, but you'll guide team growth.
