Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor ensures exceptional care in our boarding and day camp facilities. Reporting to the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, lead associates, and deliver outstanding service to pet parents while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in San Antonio, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; provide feedback for performance and development.
- Hotel Operations: Manage pet check-ins/outs, administer medications, monitor health, and coordinate vet visits.
- Customer Experience: Resolve pet parent concerns via phone, in-person, or online; ensure policy-compliant reservations.
- Safety & Maintenance: Conduct safety walks, maintain equipment, uphold cleanliness, and support incident follow-up.
- Store Support: Assist in openings/closings, sell merchandise, and coordinate events.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, pet care knowledge, and full availability including evenings/weekends. Excel in communication, organization, and composure under pressure. Computer proficiency required.
