Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor provides exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for pets. Working alongside the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, lead associates, manage pet healthcare, and uphold our brand standards. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate development through training, mentoring, and feedback; delegate tasks; lead teams as leader on duty; handle complaints and recognize top performers to boost engagement.
Hotel Operations and Store Experience
Manage pet check-ins/outs, healthcare (medications, feeding, vet coordination), facility cleanliness, and safety reporting. Handle reservations, pet parent concerns, sales, events, equipment maintenance, and store opening/closing procedures while ensuring policy compliance.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, leadership background, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. Passion for pets and ability to guide associates without direct reports required.
