Role Overview

The PetsHotel Supervisor delivers exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming space for pets. Partnering with the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, lead associates, manage pet care, and maintain top standards for healthcare, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; lead when on duty; handle grievances and celebrate successes.
• Hotel Operations: Manage check-ins/outs, administer medications, monitor pet health, ensure vet transports, and uphold reservations policies.
• Store Experience: Drive pet parent satisfaction via phone, in-person, or online; maintain cleanliness and safety; coordinate events and sales.
• Compliance & Safety: Complete safety walks, incident follow-ups, equipment maintenance, and adhere to all policies.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings. Preferred: leadership background. Must have full availability, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization. No direct reports, but guide associate growth.
