Role Overview

The PetsHotel Supervisor provides exceptional service in our boarding and day camp facilities, ensuring a safe, clean environment for pets. You'll lead associates, manage operations, and deliver outstanding pet parent experiences while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, and values. This full-time role involves opening/closing duties, pet healthcare oversight, and fostering team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; provide performance feedback; resolve grievances; celebrate team achievements.
• Hotel Operations: Handle check-ins/outs, administer medications, monitor pet health, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate vet visits.
• Customer & Safety Focus: Respond to pet parent inquiries, maintain store standards, conduct safety walks, report incidents, and perform equipment maintenance.
• Additional Duties: Sell merchandise, assist other departments, and follow all company policies.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, strong leadership, full availability (evenings, weekends, holidays), computer proficiency, excellent communication, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization. Pet care passion is a plus—no direct reports, but you'll guide associate development.
