Role Overview
The PetsHotel Supervisor ensures exceptional care in our boarding and day camp facilities. Reporting to the PetsHotel Experience Leader, you'll oversee operations, lead associates, and deliver top-tier service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in Woodinville, WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate associate development through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Manage pet healthcare including feeding, medication, vet coordination, and illness reporting.
- Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and pet parent communications via phone, in-person, or online.
- Lead daily operations, safety walks, store opening/closing, and equipment maintenance.
- Drive sales, events, and compliance with company policies for a safe, welcoming environment.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings, strong leadership, and pet care passion. Full-time flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, along with computer proficiency, composure under pressure, and meticulous organization.
