Role Overview
As Regional Recruiter - Veterinary Franchise Sales (Northeast), you'll spearhead strategic recruitment for veterinary ownership opportunities. This field-based role blends remote work from your home office with travel to PetSmart locations and periodic Phoenix Home Office visits. Ideal for a persistent, curious recruiter with deep veterinary industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop targeted sourcing plans to build top-of-funnel prospects using trends and location data.
- Own the end-to-end franchise sales process: qualification, site visits, validation, negotiation, and signing.
- Leverage CRM for tracking outreach, engagement, and relationship management.
- Analyze performance data, monitor industry trends, and implement process improvements.
- Network at conferences, utilize job boards/LinkedIn, and collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams.
Experience & Skills
Require 10+ years in veterinarian/medical recruitment, exceptional communication/negotiation, CRM expertise, and franchise knowledge. Must be a strategic self-starter supporting diversity initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
