Role Overview

As Experience Lead (Retail Customer Service Supervisor/Key Holder), you'll deliver exceptional service to pet parents, drive loyalty and promotions, and support store operations. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement while acting as Leader on Duty when needed. No direct reports, but guide team development and provide performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Train, mentor, coach associates; validate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; handle complaints and recognize top performers.
  • Brand Integrity & Store Experience: Manage pet parent interactions (phone/in-person/online); promote events, adoptions, pet sales; handle POS, online pickups, cycle counts; ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
  • Support services, opening/closing procedures, and cross-department needs.

Experience & Skills

Require 2+ years retail customer service experience; leadership preferred. Full-time flexibility essential (evenings/weekends/holidays). Excel in communication, organization, composure under pressure, and computer skills. Passion for pets and retail success a plus.
