Role Overview

As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), deliver exceptional service to pet parents while upholding PetSmart's vision. Drive loyalty, promotions, and interactions to achieve results. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement in our Atlanta, GA store.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

Facilitate associate experience via training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, feedback, and performance input. Delegate tasks, lead as Leader on Duty, handle complaints, and celebrate engagement.

Brand Integrity & Store Experience

Manage pet parent interactions across channels, promote events/adoptions/vet clinics, handle live pet sales, cycle counts, online orders, POS backups. Ensure safety, cleanliness, policy compliance, and smooth openings/closings.

Experience & Skills

Require 2+ years customer-focused retail experience; leadership preferred. Full-time flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays essential. Excel in communication, organization, pressure handling, and computer skills. Guide associates without direct reports, acting as key leader.
