Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, upholds brand standards, and supports store leadership. This full-time role shares oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate onboarding, training, mentoring, and feedback; delegate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; recognize top performers; address grievances.
Brand Integrity & Store Experience
Deliver outstanding service in-person, phone, or online; promote events, adoptions, and sales; manage live pet care/safety; handle POS and online orders; maintain cleanliness and compliance.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years retail/customer service experience (leadership preferred), full availability including evenings/weekends/holidays, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance input.
