As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), you'll deliver exceptional service while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, values, and strategy. Drive loyalty, promotions, and pet parent interactions to achieve results. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement. Act as Leader on Duty, guiding teams without direct reports but providing key feedback and direction.
Bring 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail. Passion for pets and retail excellence required.
