Role Overview

As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), you'll deliver exceptional service while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, values, and strategy. Drive loyalty, promotions, and pet parent interactions to achieve results. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement. Act as Leader on Duty, guiding teams without direct reports but providing key feedback and direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Facilitate training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching; validate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; handle complaints and celebrate engagement.
  • Brand Integrity & Store Experience: Manage pet parent interactions (phone/in-person/online); promote events, adoptions, sales; handle POS, online orders, cycle counts; ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance; assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

Bring 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail. Passion for pets and retail excellence required.
