Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) delivers exceptional service to pet parents, drives loyalty and promotions, and supports store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. Full-time role requiring schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate onboarding, training, mentoring, and feedback; delegate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; recognize engagement; handle complaints.
Brand Integrity & Store Experience
Manage pet parent interactions (in-person, phone, online); promote events like adoptions and clinics; handle live pet sales/adoptions; prepare online orders; maintain POS/cash accuracy; ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance; assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience, preferred leadership background, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail. No direct reports but guide associate development and provide performance feedback.
