The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our Boca Raton store.
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), strong communication/organizational skills, computer proficiency, and composure under pressure. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance feedback. Passion for pets is a plus!
