Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent experiences through loyalty programs, promotions, and direct interactions. You'll share oversight of store safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty to guide teams and achieve results in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback; lead as Leader on Duty.
  • Deliver outstanding service via phone, in-person, or online; handle concerns and promote events like adoptions and shot clinics.
  • Manage live pet sales, adoptions, inventory counts, and online order pickups.
  • Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies; respond to pet health issues.
  • Operate POS systems, sell merchandise/services, and support departments as needed.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail experience, leadership preferred. Must have full-time flexibility, strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. No direct reports, but guide associate development and provide feedback.
