Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent experiences through loyalty programs, promotions, and in-store interactions. You'll share oversight of store safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty to guide teams and achieve results. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our vibrant El Paso location.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback to boost engagement.
• Lead pet parent service via phone, in-person, or online, resolving concerns and promoting events like adoptions and shot clinics.
• Manage live pet sales, adoptions, online order pickups, POS operations, and inventory cycle counts.
• Ensure store standards for safety, cleanliness, and compliance, including pet welfare and opening/closing procedures.
• Delegate tasks, recognize top performers, and support services when needed.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of customer-focused retail experience, with leadership preferred. Key traits include strong communication, composure under pressure, organizational prowess, and computer proficiency. No direct reports, but you'll guide associates and provide feedback to supervisors.
