Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our Fort Worth location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate experience: train, mentor, coach, provide feedback, and recognize top performers.
  • Deliver outstanding pet parent service in-person, phone, or online; handle concerns and promote events like adoptions and shot clinics.
  • Manage live pet sales/adoptions, online orders, POS transactions, and monthly cycle counts.
  • Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance; respond to pet health issues and maintain brand standards.
  • Lead as Leader on Duty: delegate tasks, supervise associates, address grievances.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), strong communication/organizational skills, computer proficiency, and composure under pressure. No direct reports, but guide associate development and provide performance input.
