The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) delivers exceptional service to pet parents while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, values, and strategy. You'll drive loyalty, promotions, and interactions to achieve results, with shared oversight of store safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement. Full-time role requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Facilitate associate experience through training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and feedback. Delegate tasks, lead as Leader on Duty, address complaints, and celebrate achievements to boost engagement.
Manage pet parent interactions across phone, in-person, and online channels. Promote events like adoptions, vet partnerships, and shot clinics. Handle live pet sales, online orders, POS backups, inventory counts, and ensure safety/cleanliness standards. Report and transport sick pets as needed.
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail experience in customer-focused settings (leadership preferred). Key skills include strong communication, organization, composure under pressure, computer proficiency, and passion for pets. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance input.
