The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll lead associates, ensure safety and cleanliness, and uphold PetSmart's vision while acting as Leader on Duty. This full-time role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our vibrant Georgetown store.
Seeking candidates with 2+ years of retail experience, leadership preferred. Key traits include strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency.
