Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll lead associates, ensure safety and cleanliness, and uphold PetSmart's vision while acting as Leader on Duty. This full-time role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our vibrant Georgetown store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences via phone, in-person, and online interactions.
  • Promote store events, live pet sales, adoptions, and services like Vet partnerships and Shot Clinics.
  • Maintain store standards for safety, merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Handle POS transactions, online order pickups, inventory counts, and customer resolutions.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years of retail experience, leadership preferred. Key traits include strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. Passion for pets and full-time availability are essential. No direct reports, but you'll guide associate development.
