Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty to ensure seamless experiences across phone, in-person, and online interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate associate training, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback; delegate tasks and lead as Leader on Duty.
- Deliver outstanding pet parent service, handle concerns, promote events like adoptions and shot clinics, and manage live pet sales/adoptions.
- Maintain store standards for safety, cleanliness, and compliance; address pet health issues and support inventory cycle counts.
- Prepare online orders, operate POS systems, recommend merchandise/services, and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail experience, leadership preferred. Must have full-time flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associate development and provide feedback.
