Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent service, upholds brand standards, and supports store leadership. You'll act as Leader on Duty, oversee associate engagement, ensure safety for people and pets, and achieve results through loyalty programs and promotions. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching. Delegate tasks, lead when managers are absent, address complaints, and celebrate team achievements to boost engagement.
Brand Integrity & Store Experience
Deliver outstanding service in-person, phone, or online; promote events like adoptions and shot clinics; manage live pet sales/adoptions; handle POS/cash; prepare online orders; maintain cleanliness/safety; report sick pets and ensure policy compliance.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience, preferred leadership background, strong communication/organizational skills, computer proficiency, and composure under pressure. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance feedback.
