Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty to ensure seamless store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and feedback; delegate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; recognize top performers.
  • Brand Integrity & Store Experience: Handle pet parent interactions across channels; promote events like adoptions and shot clinics; manage live pet sales/adoptions; prepare online orders; maintain POS/cash accuracy; ensure safety and cleanliness.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience, preferred leadership background, full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail-orientation. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance input.
