Role Overview
As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), deliver exceptional service to pet parents while upholding PetSmart's vision. Drive loyalty, promotions, and interactions to achieve results. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement. Act as Leader on Duty, guiding teams without direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, onboard, mentor associates; validate tasks; lead when LOD; handle complaints and celebrate engagement.
- Brand & Store Experience: Resolve pet parent concerns; promote events/adoptions/vet clinics; manage pet sales; fulfill online orders; maintain POS/cash accuracy; ensure safety and cleanliness.
Experience & Skills
Seek 2+ years customer-focused retail experience (leadership preferred). Full-time flexibility required. Excel in communication, organization, composure under pressure, and computer skills. Passion for pets and pet parents a plus.
