Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty to guide teams and achieve results in a fast-paced pet retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; recognize engagement.
- Brand & Store Experience: Handle pet parent interactions (phone/in-person/online); promote events, adoptions, and sales; manage online pickups and POS; ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Operational Support: Conduct cycle counts; support services; follow opening/closing procedures; report pet health issues.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. No direct reports, but guide associate development and provide feedback.
