Role Overview
As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), deliver exceptional service to pet parents while upholding PetSmart's vision. Drive loyalty, promotions, and interactions to achieve results. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement in a dynamic pet retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Facilitate training, onboarding, mentoring; validate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; handle complaints and recognize engagement.
- Brand & Store Experience: Manage pet parent interactions (phone/in-person/online); promote events, adoptions, vet partnerships; handle live pet sales, cycle counts, online orders, POS; ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years customer-focused retail experience (leadership preferred), full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organization. No direct reports but guide associates and provide feedback.
