Role Overview

As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), you'll deliver exceptional service to pet parents while upholding PetSmart's vision. Drive loyalty, promotions, and interactions to achieve results. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement. Act as Leader on Duty, guiding teams without direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Train, mentor, coach associates; validate tasks; lead when managers are absent; handle complaints and celebrate successes.
  • Brand & Store Experience: Resolve pet parent issues; promote events, adoptions, sales; manage online orders/POS; ensure safety and cleanliness; support cycle counts.

Experience & Skills

Seek 2+ years retail/customer service experience (leadership preferred). Full-time flexibility required. Excel in communication, organization, composure under pressure, and computer skills. Passion for pets and retail thrives here.
