As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), you'll deliver exceptional service to pet parents while upholding PetSmart's vision. Drive loyalty, promotions, and interactions store-wide, sharing oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement. Act as Leader on Duty, supporting services and ensuring brand standards.
Bring 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full availability including evenings/weekends/holidays, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail-orientation. No direct reports, but guide associate development.
