Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our vibrant pet retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and feedback. Delegate tasks, lead as Leader on Duty, address grievances, and celebrate team achievements to boost engagement.
Brand Integrity & Store Experience
Deliver outstanding service in-person, phone, or online. Promote events like adoptions and shot clinics, manage live pet sales, handle POS and online orders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure pet safety including vet transport if needed.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience, preferred leadership background, full availability, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance input.
