Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our vibrant pet retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and feedback; delegate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; recognize engagement; support services businesses.
Brand Integrity & Store Experience
Deliver outstanding pet parent service across channels; promote events, adoptions, and sales; manage online orders and POS; ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance; handle pet welfare issues promptly.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience, preferred leadership background, full availability, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance input.

- Handle POS transactions, online order fulfillment, and cycle counts
- Act as Leader on Duty directing associates and addressing concerns
- Ensure compliance with policies, pet welfare, and brand standards
