Role Overview
As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), you'll deliver exceptional service to pet parents, drive loyalty and promotions, and support store operations. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement while acting as Leader on Duty.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Facilitate training, onboarding, mentoring; delegate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; handle complaints and recognize top performers.
- Brand Integrity & Store Experience: Manage pet parent interactions (phone/in-person/online); promote events like adoptions and shot clinics; handle live pet sales/adoptions; prepare online orders; maintain POS backup; ensure safety and cleanliness.
Experience & Skills
Require 2+ years retail customer service experience; leadership preferred. Full-time flexibility essential. Excel in communication, organization, composure under pressure, and computer skills. No direct reports but guide associates and provide feedback.
