You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty to guide teams and achieve results in a dynamic pet retail setting.
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full-time flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, computer proficiency, strong communication/organizational skills, and composure under pressure. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance feedback.
